Design Approval, Warranty & Returns
Before production begins, we will send you a 3D design preview showing the confirmed shape, proportions, dimensions, and finish for your approval. During production, you will receive workshop photo updates, followed by final photos for your review before the piece is professionally packed and shipped.
Your order is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal indoor residential use. Returns are accepted within 30 days in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or different from the confirmed order details, please contact support@havenandgrain.com within 48 hours with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. Our team will stay in close contact and work with you toward an appropriate solution until the matter is resolved to your satisfaction.
