Warranty Policy

Haven & Grain provides a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, beginning on the date of delivery.

What Is Covered

This limited warranty covers defects that are confirmed to be related to production, material failure, or workmanship under normal indoor residential use.

At our discretion, Haven & Grain may provide repair guidance, replacement parts, partial replacement, or another appropriate remedy.

Natural Wood Variation

Wood is a natural material. Grain pattern, tone, knots, texture, mineral streaks, and slight color variation are part of the character of solid wood and are not considered defects.

Small variations between product photos and the delivered piece should be expected.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and aging
• Scratches, dents, stains, water marks, burns, or impact damage
• Damage caused by improper installation or mounting
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, pets, or children
• Damage from harsh cleaners, abrasive materials, or chemical exposure
• Damage from moisture, direct heat, outdoor use, or extreme humidity
• Changes caused by natural wood movement over time
• Items altered, repaired, refinished, or modified by the customer or a third party

Warranty Claim Requirements

To submit a claim, email support@havenandgrain.com with:

• Order number
• Photos of the issue
• Photos of the full product
• A short description of how and when the issue appeared

Claims are reviewed case by case.
