Shipping Policy

Haven & Grain offers shipping for eligible U.S. orders. Our furniture is made to order and carefully prepared for transit.

Production Time

Each piece is made to order. Production typically takes 10-15 business days.

Shipping Time

After production, shipping usually takes 7-14 business days depending on destination, carrier schedule, and customs clearance.

Most orders arrive within approximately 3-5 weeks from the order date.

Shipping Area

We currently ship primarily within the United States.

Some remote locations, islands, Alaska, Hawaii, or special delivery areas may require additional review or shipping fees.

Tracking

Tracking details will be emailed once the order leaves production and is handed to the carrier.

Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear after the label is created.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If an address change is needed, contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order enters production or shipment preparation, changes may no longer be possible.

Haven & Grain is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Delivery Issues

If your order shows delivered but cannot be located, or if the package appears damaged at delivery, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging so our support team can review the best resolution.
