Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. Custom sizes, custom finishes, personalized items, clearance items, gift cards, and products marked final sale are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Made-to-order items may also become non-cancellable once production has started. We recommend reviewing product dimensions, finish details, and lead times carefully before placing your order.
CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?
Order changes or cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, your order may enter production, material preparation, or shipping coordination.
Once production has started, cancellation may no longer be available or may be subject to a production/restocking fee. If you need to update your address, product selection, or order details, contact us as soon as possible at support@havenandgrain.com.
WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Include your order number, photos of the item, photos of the packaging, and a short description of the issue. This helps us review the claim quickly and determine the best solution, such as replacement parts, repair guidance, replacement, or another appropriate resolution.
DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY?
Yes. Haven & Grain offers a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal indoor residential use.
The warranty does not cover normal wear, scratches, dents, stains, water marks, improper installation, customer damage, misuse, exposure to moisture or extreme heat, or natural variations in wood grain and tone.
