Once your order ships, a tracking link will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving a tracking number for the carrier page to show movement. Large furniture shipments may update more slowly than standard parcel shipments, especially during the first scan.

Made-to-Order Timing

Each piece is made to order. Production typically takes 10-15 business days. After production, shipping usually takes 7-14 business days depending on destination, carrier schedule, and customs clearance. Most orders arrive within approximately 3-5 weeks from the order date. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging so our support team can review the best resolution.
