Ships in 3-5 weeks after order confirmation. Each piece is made to order and delivered as one fully assembled piece.
Every product is packed in a protective wooden frame or crate to help maximize protection in transit and keep the piece secure during delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, contact support@havenandgrain.com within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.
1-Year Warranty & 30-Day Returns
Your order is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal indoor residential use.
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Custom, personalized, final sale, or made-to-order items that have entered production may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
