INSTALLATION AND SAFETY
Install the swing only into a solid structural beam or a properly rated anchor point. Lock the safety hook completely and test the empty swing before allowing your cat to use it.
Hang the swing close to the floor at first so your cat can become familiar with it safely. Inspect the ropes, knots, hook, and mounting point regularly.
Do not attach the swing directly to weak drywall or an unsuitable ceiling surface. Keep it away from prolonged moisture and uncovered outdoor areas.
This product is designed for cats only and must not be used as a seat for children or adults. Do not publish a specific weight capacity until the finished product and mounting system have been physically tested.

Shipping
Estimated arrival at your address is 3–5 weeks after order confirmation and design approval. Each piece is made to order and delivered fully assembled whenever applicable.
Every product is professionally packed in a protective wooden frame or crate to help ensure it arrives safely and securely.
Design Approval, Warranty & Returns
Before production begins, we will send you a 3D design preview showing the confirmed shape, proportions, dimensions, and finish for your approval. During production, you will receive workshop photo updates, followed by final photos for your review before the piece is professionally packed and shipped.
Your order is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal indoor residential use. Returns are accepted within 30 days in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or different from the confirmed order details, please contact support@havenandgrain.com within 48 hours with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. Our team will stay in close contact and work with you toward an appropriate solution until the matter is resolved to your satisfaction.
