Modify or Cancel an Order
We begin preparing made-to-order furniture soon after purchase. If you need to make a change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
24-Hour Change Window
Order changes or cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
After this window, your order may have entered production, material preparation, or shipping coordination. At that point, changes or cancellations may no longer be available.
What Can Be Changed
If requested within the eligible window, we may be able to help with:
- Shipping address updates
- Contact information updates
- Product finish or size changes, if production has not started
- Order cancellation, if production has not started
Made-to-Order Cancellation Note
Once production begins, cancellation requests may be declined or may be subject to a production/restocking fee, depending on the stage of the order.

- Order number
- Checkout email
- Requested change
- Reason for the request
